The View Everyone Wants
Nick’s Cove has an enclosed seating area right by the water. You get those ocean views without having to deal with wind or weather. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the coast.
They even serve water in glass Strauss milk jugs. Strauss has been going viral online lately. If you want me to do a video on that, let me know in the comments.
A Crab Roll That Hits All the Right Notes
The Dungeness crab roll comes with fresh lettuce, preserved lemon, chives, tarragon, and aioli. The bread is buttered on both sides and toasted just right.
The crab itself tastes fresh and clean. The preserved lemon adds a bright pop of flavor, balanced out by the chives. The lettuce gives it more of a sandwich feel, and it works.
The Tomales Bay Chips Steal the Show
Now let’s talk about the chips. These Tamales Bay chips are something else. Crunchy but not too hard. They have that perfect bite without hurting your teeth.
Pairing the chips with the crab roll? That is what dreams are made of. The combination of textures and flavors was spot on.
Why Locals Keep Coming Back
Nick’s Cove brings together fresh local ingredients, incredible views, and a laid-back atmosphere. If you are craving a crab roll on the coast, this is a place that belongs on your list.
