Our journey began with a trio of ceviches, each promising a unique explosion of tastes and textures. The classic ceviche kicked off our feast, its freshness and zingy citrus notes setting the tone for the culinary delight ahead. Then came the mango shrimp ceviche, a symphony of succulent shrimp and sweet mango dancing in harmony, creating a dish that’s nothing short of divine. Finally, the Ahi Tuna ceviche brought forth a sea of flavors that left an indelible mark on my palate. 🐟🍍
