A Mix That Hits All the Right Notes
We tried the Mixto Agua Chile. It is a mix of different seafood, and each bite had something special.
You get cooked shrimp with great flavor. Lime-cooked shrimp that brings freshness. Pulpo, or octopus, with a nice bite. Even scallops and tuna that add richness to every scoop.
“Es Comible”
What really makes this dish is the salsa. This one is red, thicker, and full of flavor. A lot of agua chiles use green salsa, but I am here for this version. The heat builds up slowly. It is not overpowering. Like my mom would say, it is “comible” something that’s not too mild and not too spicy.

Best Way to Eat It
Scoop it with a tostada. Some people stack it high. I like to scoop it straight. Either way, you will get that perfect crunch with each bite.
