Ceviche That Stands Out
I visited Sazón on the recommendation of a childhood friend. We ordered the classic ceviche, mango shrimp ceviche, and ahi tuna ceviche.
All three were solid, but the mango shrimp ceviche was on another level. Easily one of the best ceviches I have had anywhere. The balance of sweet mango, fresh shrimp, and citrus hit all the right notes.
Lomo Saltado: A Must-Try Dish
After the ceviche, we went for the Lomo Saltado. This is a traditional Peruvian plate with rice, tender meat, and french fries.
If you have never tried it, I highly recommend it. Mix the rice, fries, and meat together on your plate and enjoy. It is simple but so good.

Pro Tip
Parking can fill up fast out front. Use the parking area behind the restaurant if you need extra space. It makes your visit that much easier.
Why Locals Keep Coming Back
Sazón Peruvian Cuisine brings authentic flavors and generous portions to Santa Rosa. The ceviche alone is worth the trip, but the rest of the menu will keep you exploring. If you have not been yet, this is your sign to check it out.
