Savor Delivers Bold Vietnamese Flavors in Santa Rosa

Savor is a Vietnamese restaurant with two locations, one in Santa Rosa and one in Windsor. Both are great but we went to the original location in Santa Rosa for this video.

The Coffee
We started with their Vietnamese iced coffee. This is not your average cup of coffee. They use Arabica beans in a slow drip system that pulls out maximum flavor and caffeine. It is one of the strongest coffees in the world, and you feel it. Smooth, rich, and intense.
The Banh Mi
Next up were the banh mi sandwiches. The pork banh mi was my favorite of the day. Perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The chicken banh mi deserves just as much attention. The chicken is cooked over live charcoal, which gives it that smoky depth you only get from fire. Both sandwiches were fresh, balanced, and full of life.

The Pho
We also tried their pho, and it was outstanding. Deep broth, tender noodles, and all the right toppings. Every spoonful hit with comfort and warmth.
Spring Rolls and Peanut Sauce
Their eggrolls and peanut sauce deserve a shoutout too. Crispy on the outside, flavorful inside, and paired with one of the best peanut sauces around.
Why It’s Worth the Drive
Savor is a must if you are into Vietnamese food. From the coffee to the banh mi to the pho, everything is dialed in. It is the kind of place you could eat at every week and still crave more. With two locations in Sonoma County, it is easy to see why Savor is quickly becoming a local favorite.
