These iconic orange trucks have been making waves all over Sonoma County, and they even have a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Petaluma. Curious to see what the fuss was all about, I recently ventured to their newest truck located conveniently near Julliard Park. And let me tell you, it’s easy to understand why they’ve garnered such a devoted following.

On the other hand, if you’re a fan of the satisfying crunch of a hard shell taco, El Roy’s has you covered as well. These tacos feature the same succulent shrimp in their creamy sauce and onion mix but come with an extra layer of richness – crema and Mexican cheese. The crispy shell, juicy shrimp, crema, cheese, and onions create a bold and delightful contrast of textures and flavors that’s sure to have your taste buds dancing.
I personally enjoyed the soft shell taco over the hard shell but most people on my Instagram prefer the Crunch Hard Shell Tacos.
