One of the newer things I tried was their yam stuffed with braised pork. It’s a four-day process to make this pork, and you can tell. Sweet, savory, and full of mesquite flavor. This one blew me away. That smoky sweetness with the creamy yam is something special.
Sebastopol Energy
This spot is kid-friendly, casual, and very Sebastopol. The patio is big. The vibes are relaxed. And the community support runs deep. It’s the kind of place that stays consistent for decades without needing to shout about it.
