Delicias Elenita
Taco Series Ep. 4
Day 4 at Delicia’s Elenita: Revisiting an OG Taco Truck in Santa Rosa
On the fourth day of our #TacoSeries adventure, we stepped onto the familiar grounds of Delicia’s Elenita on Sebastopol Road. An old-guard in the world of food trucks, this place has been serving Santa Rosa for as long as I can remember.

Nostalgia
Pulling up to the truck, nostalgia set in. While the ambiance has been spruced up with music, and the CD seller is now just a cherished memory, the essence of Delicia’s remains unchanged. And let’s talk about the service – it was lightning fast! Before we knew it, we had a plate full of tantalizing tacos before us.
Delicious Tacos
First up, the Carne Asada. It was crispy, flavorful, and loaded with cilantro (a personal favorite). Next was the Al Pastor, so delectable that I couldn’t resist diving in before sharing my thoughts. For those keeping tabs on the budget, these tacos are priced at a reasonable $3 each, a steal in Sonoma County. Keep in mind that these are mini street tacos and they are small.
Was it Worth it?
So, does Delicia’s Elenita still have the magic touch? A resounding yes! They’ve retained their legacy of serving scrumptious tacos. And if you’re anything like me, one order just won’t be enough. Until our next taco escapade, happy eating! 🌮🎉🚚
